GPS is pleased to announce details of its upcoming Early Development League (EDL) Talent ID Day to be held in late February for boys and girls born in 2009 and 2010.

What is the EDL?
The EDL is a unique program that involves weekly skill building practices across nine geographic regions in Massachusetts combined with bi-weekly 5v5 jamboree games. The EDL focuses on technical and tactical player development, using the GPS Curriculum to teach players the key fundamentals of soccer.

What is the Talent ID Day?
The Talent ID Day allows players the opportunity to experience an EDL training session at no cost as well as meeting the GPS Coaching staff.

Who is it for?
The Talent ID Day is for the following players:

  • Players looking for supplemental skill training
  • Players considering an additional spring training program or thinking about Premier Soccer at U9
  • Players looking to work with licensed, qualified coaching staff
